If you want to register your child for the remainder of this school year (2009-2010):
If your child is new to the District and you need to register your 6th, 7th or 8th grade student for the current school year, you will need to contact the Middle School Registrar at 626-441-5830, X3908, to make an appointment to register your child. You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residency. Registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child. The SPMS Registrar works until June 30, 2010, and does not return to work for the next school year (2010-2011) until August 17, 2010.

If you are new to the District and need to register your 6th, 7th or 8th grade student for next school year (2010-2011), use the following dates to determine your registration dates.
April 19, 2010 - June 30, 2010: Contact the Middle School Registrar at 626-441-5830, X3908, to make an appointment to register your child. Appointment times are 9:00 am - 10:30 am and 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. The middle school is closed July 1st to August 16th. You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residency. Registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child.
July 1, 2010 - August 16, 2010: Middle School is closed. No registrations will be processed.
August 17, 2010 - Start of School (August 30, 2010): August 17 - 20, 2010, by appointment only. August 26 & 27, 2010, by appointment only. Contact the Middle School Registrar at 626-441-5830, X3908, to make an appointment to register your child. You may not register for school until you reside in South Pasadena and have your appropriate three proofs of residency. Registration must be done by the parent or legal guardian of the child. After August 27, 2010, there will be no new student registration until September 1, 2010 - again, by appointment only.

Deed of Trust
Mortgage Payment Receipt – dated within the past month
Rental/Lease Agreement, listing all names of occupants (including children), and the name, address, telephone number and signature of landlord/management company.
Property Tax Bill – dated within the past year
Closing Escrow Papers
Category B
Utility Bill (Example: Southern California Edison, The Gas Company, Water Bill) – dated within the past month
Time Warner Cable Bill – dated within the past month
Telephone/Cell Phone Bill – dated within the past month
Category C
Current Car Registration – dated within the past year
Car Insurance Statement – dated within the past 6 months to 1 year
Health Insurance Statement – dated within the past month
Bank Statement (or signed letter on bank letterhead with the South Pasadena address) – dated within the past month
Pay Stub showing current South Pasadena address – dated within the past month
Current Federal or State Tax Forms – dated within the past year
